Fees and Billing
Session Cost
Sessions are charged at a rate of $120 per counselling hour.
Session Length
A session typically involves up to fifty minutes of counselling, with ten minutes reserved for note-taking and other administration.
Invoices and Payment
Invoices are sent to clients following each session. Payment terms are 7 days from date of invoice.
Payments for telephonic and video consultations are to be paid via electronic funds transfer.
Private Health Insurance Rebates
Some private health insurers provide coverage for counselling services, with their members being eligible for rebates after providing a paid invoice from the delivered service provider. For further information, refer to your private health insurance policy details.
Lee Wong is a registered counselling service provider with the following private health insurers that offer rebates for counselling services:
- Medibank
- AHM
- Bupa
- HCF
- ARHG
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or reschedule requests must be provided with greater than 24 hours notice. If cancellations or reschedule requests fall within the 24 hour period leading up to a booking, cancellation fees will apply.
Repeated cancellations or failure to pay the cancellation fee will result in the service being discontinued.
